Basic Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related courses

Total Experience: 1-3 years

GCC Experience: Highly preferred

Gender: Male

Age: Between 24-30 years old

Nationality: Any Arab Nationalities

Qualifications

• Strong Knowledge in operating CAFM system.
• Experience with a wide range of computer programs including Microsoft Office.
• Can be able to understand technical and non-technical facility services.

Job Description

• Answer telephone calls from tenants, record their queries & complaints and raise work order.
• Coordinate with tenants and the maintenance on a daily basis regarding maintenance activities associated with different discipline such as HVAC, electrical, mechanical, civil and other related disciplines.
• Maintain an updated record of work orders including the details on work requested, work performed, work on progress, technician material used, completion time and cost.

Standard Package

Basic Salary: To be discussed

Accommodation: Cash Allowance

Transportation: Cash Allowance
