We're on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Junior to join our dynamic team.

Our ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing and a keen interest in digital, social media, and content creation. While prior experience in marketing is a plus, we value enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.

As part of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of various marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with our design team, and assisting in CRM tasks. You will also be involved in media monitoring, content research, and outreach efforts to secure media coverage, ensuring our brand remains top of mind. Additionally, you will help create business reports and presentations, contributing to our overall marketing strategy.

Job Key Responsibilities

    Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing.
    Research and develop content topics based on industry trends, target audience interests, and company objectives.
    Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.
    Support CRM-related tasks, such as, monitoring and updating data, segmenting customer lists, and creating automated workflows.
    Support the creation of business reports and presentations for clients or/and stakeholders.
    Monitor media coverage, assess public sentiment, and generate reports for internal review.
    Identify potential media opportunities and assist with targeted outreach to journalists and key media outlets to secure coverage.
    Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and system functionalities.

What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves)

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    Strong interest in marketing and a willingness to learn new skills.
    Familiarity with social media platforms and tools, including Meta Business Suite.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong sense of innovation that will help in solving complicated challenges that arise unexpectedly.
    Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
