As a Human Resources Administrator at Copthorne Lakeview Hotel Dubai Investment Park, you will play an essential role in providing administrative support to the HR department. Your responsibilities will include managing HR records, coordinating HR processes, and assisting with various HR-related tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
    Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
    Coordinate and assist in the onboarding process for new colleagues.
    Respond to colleague inquiries and provide support related to HR policies and procedures.
    Assist in benefits administration and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
    Prepare HR communications, notices, and announcements for distribution.
    Assist in HR-related training and development activities, including logistics and scheduling.
    Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives.
    Assist in data entry and data management tasks related to HR systems.
    Collaborate with HR colleagues and other departments to support HR initiatives.
    Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
    Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
