Head of Supply & Demand Planning- FMCG Industry

We are looking for an experienced Head of Supply and Demand Planning to lead the development and implementation of our supply chain strategy, aligning with enterprise goals over a multi-year horizon. In this critical role, you will drive supply chain planning initiatives, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Detailed Production Planning, Bought-In Foods Planning, and Milk Balancing.

 

Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and optimize supply chain planning initiatives to enhance company performance.
    Oversee warehousing space utilization for efficient inbound, outbound, and sales depot operations.

Candidates without the following will not be considered

    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Material Handling, Engineering, or Business Management.
    15+ years of experience in a Supply Planning environment within FMCG.
    Expertise in high-volume, multi-networked supply chain environments.
    Proficient in planning suites such as SAP APO, with exposure to ERP and MRP systems
