GAC Corporate Headquarters is looking for candidates for the role of Group HR Officer, Talent Programmes to be based in Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE. Could it be you?
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Group HR Officer, Talent Programmes to join our HR team at GAC. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition support function. Your main responsibilities will include:
Accountable for the Group’s Talent Acquisition process, ensuring policies and supporting documentation are up-to-date and meeting market standards.
Managing the Group’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Serving as an ATS Super-User and providing online training to new users and support to existing users.
Adding and deleting users in the ATS.
Drafting and distributing Tips & Tricks to local HR.
Coordinating the Group’s job ads by collecting and coordinating the review of Job Descriptions and draft job ads.
Overseeing the Group’s external job boards to ensure a smooth integration with the ATS. Make corrections when needed.
Managing the Group’s LinkedIn Recruiter seat.
Accountable for the online Reference Checking tool. Serving as a Super-User and providing training to new users and support to existing users.
Liaising with external recruiters when necessary. Negotiate and manage contracts with external recruiters. Serve as the main point of contact between hiring managers and external recruiters.
Ensuring integrations between internal systems are functioning as expected.
Headhunting for selected key positions on all levels.
Attending and presenting Talent Acquisition at the various internal forums/meetings/events.
Assisting with Talent Management.
Involved in the Group’s Employer Branding Strategy.
Working closely with Corporate Communications on content.
Staying up-to-date on news and trends related to Talent Acquisition and present ideas for continuous improvements of processes and/or output.
Job requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar field.
A Master’s degree in HR will be considered an added advantage.
Proficient user in MS Office 365.
Solid understanding of Applicant Tracking systems and related HR Information Systems.
Extensive experience working with Talent Acquisitions for a multinational company.
Experience in planning, organising and executing training will be considered a plus.
