Job Description

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support as needed
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial systems and processes
• Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to management as requested

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally , Sun
• Experience with accounts payable processes and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience mentoring or training junior staff members is a plus
