E-Commerce Manager UAE/KSA

Dubai, UAE

Job Description

Ensure best in class online presence, visibility, and engagement for Galderma Brands – directly and indirectly via e-commerce platforms . Leverage the potential of our brand portfolio within all channels.

Evaluate the impact of activations and brand executions at customer level with measurable and consistent KPIs for our brands. Leverage the KPIs to increase efficiency of online activations. Raise the digital mindset and knowledge about the entire value chain of e-commerce platforms within the sales and marketing teams.

Job Responsibilities

    Show excellence in building brand desirability and merchandising brand products across digital touchpoints.

    Support the Business Unit Head to share creative development and agree / liaise on strategies on how to engage best with consumers and shoppers in the online retail landscape according to Galderma brand plans and guidelines.

    Collect / prepare digital assets and tools (e.g. display campaigns, targeting/re-targeting campaigns, permanent brand spaces) and in managing assets and digital content for E-Retail customer websites incl. digital libraries

    Support Marketing teams to fully execute annual activation plans and evaluate results.

    Develop excellence in data management and CRM – ensure regular performance tracking and implement necessary chances to increase efficiency in online marketing.

    Monitor sales development across the e-commerce channel.

    Provide Consumer’s insights and KPIs. Observe competitor’s behavior and monitor market trends.

Minimum Requirements

    University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences Or  Business Management or any equivalent degree

    Minimum of 3 - 4 years in an e-commerce/ digital marketing role

    Understanding of e-commerce channels, principles and CRM

    Digital knowledge (social media, online marketing, CRM, E-commerce)

    Good relationship building skills

    Commercially aware

    Excellent numerical skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

    Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.

    Project Management Skills

    Customer focus

    English excellent (spoken & written).

    Arabic preferred
