Qualification and Experience

Any Graduate with minimum 4 years experience

Job Responsibilities

    Receive all site related Incoming Correspondence, Drawings & Documents from Client.
    Maintaining proper Register for all Incoming & Outgoing site related Correspondence.
    Submit documents to clients through company standard Site Transmittal or E-Transmittal Systems
    Distribution of all Incoming Documents & Correspondence to site team as per distribution matrix available in the Project Quality Plan (PQP)
    Ensure the availability of latest drawings with site execution team
    Coordinate with Home Office Document controller to ensure availability of latest revisions of Drawings and documents
    Collect all the Engineering drawings and documents from Home Office document controller and keep the same in site data common folder
    Ensure to circulate updated Transmittal log on daily basis to ensure the availability latest drawings with construction team
    Maintain Register for Inter Office Correspondence
    Keep register for all site related RFI’s
    Distribute all AFC (Approved for Construction) stamped drawings & documents through proper transmittal
    Submit and maintain proper records for Survey Sketch, As-Built, CRB (Construction Record Book), Film Digitization and Test packages, etc


Skills

    Document Control Management
    Organizational Skills
    Communication Skills
    Excellent proficiency in MS office specifically in Advanced Excel
 

Candidates having experience from major Construction / EPC Oil & Gas companies shall be given preference
