We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customs Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all imports and exports comply with customs regulations and that goods are cleared through customs efficiently. The Customs Executive will liaise with clients, government agencies, and transportation companies to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods.

    Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, and procedures.
    Classify goods according to tariff coding systems.
    Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to import and export activities.
    Provide clients with guidance on customs regulations, duties, and taxes.
    Verify the accuracy of shipment documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and invoices.
    Prepare and submit necessary documentation to customs and other regulatory agencies.

What you'll need to succeed:

    Licensed Customs Broker certification
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs brokerage or a related field.
    In-depth knowledge of customs laws, regulations, and procedures.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office and customs brokerage systems
