We are looking for a meticulous and organized Compliance and Admin Associate to join our growing venture capital firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience in handling documentation, filing, and record-keeping within a regulated environment. This role requires working closely with our outsourced compliance function to ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met.

    Documentation & Filing:
        Manage and maintain accurate records of all compliance-related documentation, including contracts, agreements, regulatory filings, and internal reports.
        Ensure that all documents are organized, properly filed, and easily accessible for internal or external audit purposes.
        Track the submission of compliance documentation and ensure timely filing with relevant authorities or outsourced compliance teams.

    Coordination with Outsourced Compliance:
        Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the outsourced compliance function.
        Coordinate compliance activities, ensuring that the outsourced provider has all necessary documentation and information to perform their duties.
        Review compliance reports and feedback from the outsourced function, ensuring all recommendations or issues are addressed promptly.

    Regulatory Monitoring:
        Assist in monitoring changes to local and international regulations that may impact the venture capital industry.
        Ensure all regulatory updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders within the company.

    Internal Compliance Support:
        Support internal teams with compliance-related inquiries and provide necessary documentation as required.
        Assist in implementing and maintaining internal compliance procedures and policies.
        Ensure employees are informed and adhere to company compliance standards and policies.

    Audit Preparation & Support:
        Assist in preparing for both internal and external audits, ensuring that all required documents and reports are in order.
        Address any audit findings and follow up on corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a highly regulated industry such as financial services, banking, or insurance.
    Strong experience in documentation management, filing systems, and administrative procedures.
    Experience working with compliance functions, ideally with an outsourced compliance provider.
    Familiarity with Saudi regulatory frameworks and compliance standards is an advantage.
