Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Dubai, United Arab Emirates office:

Client Relationship Analyst

What can you expect?

As a Client Relationship Analyst, you will oversee the complete cycle for Marsh Trade Credit Clients. In addition, you will handle day-to-day service requirements and assist with Sales operational tasks to support business development.

    Servicing Trade Credit Accounts, including Marsh global & regional clients, and taking ownership of delivering a healthy and stable client servicing portfolio
    Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and client retention as per Marsh global standards
    Agreeing and setting renewal client service protocols and rolling risk management strategy with client servicing team and clients


We will count on you to:

As a Client Relationship Analyst, you will work closely with other team members and global colleagues in TC on client retention and growth strategy. Additionally, you will organize regular meetings with clients, including training, and risk/claim workshops, and work closely with the credit and finance team on policy operations.

    Presenting clients' requirements to Insurance markets to structure a robust and competitive trade credit program suiting clients' business requirements
    Managing Insurer relationships to ensure consistent support to Marsh clients
    Supporting New Business Team with competitive quotes, comparison analysis, and handover process
    Initiating new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and cross-selling across Marsh regional offices


What you need to have:

    Bachelor's degree in finance, or any relevant field
    Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
    1 - 2 years of experience in Insurance or banking sector is a must
    Proven experience in Trade Credit
    Proficiency in English is a must (Written & Spoken)
