Assistant Office Manager – Strategy & Development

The strategy group maps out where we’re going, what that means, and what it looks like. Our research team analyses the industry so that we’re never playing catch-up. Design translates strategies into award winning products and experiences. In program management, it’s more about the delivery of our strategies into realized benefits. And our corporate planning team creates strategy so that we’re agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.

 

What you'll deliver

• You'll assist and support the Strategy & Development Senior Leadership Team in managing the unit budget including planning, forecasting and utilization.

• You’ll act as a gate keeper for approvals and signature requests, to ensure successful delivery of the unit goals.

• You’ll manage an overall administrative support to the wider Strategy and Development teams to enable smooth running of the business, this includes coordination with Business Technology.

• You’ll efficiently assist the Office Manager on any administrative and executive support related tasks as delegated.

 

What you bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree Level specialized in Business Administration or a related field.

• You should have 3-5 years of experience in an aviation industry or a related one.

• You should have proficient knowledge of MS office and excellent computer literacy.
