    Coordinating and assisting in service areas of stationeries & office supplies, office equipment, leased cars, fuel & oil, telephone & mobile, travel & hotel booking, budgeting, invoicing, purchasing materials/services and other areas as needed.
    Prepare and analyzes yearly budget for the Business Support Services Division.
    Request budget when needed and follow up with accounts to proceed further if any task is pending.
    Request, receive and park invoices related to Corporate Admin, follow up for management approval and send approved invoices to Accounts for further processing.
    Ensures that invoices and billings are reconciled against corresponding contract details, and that invoices are submitted on time.
    Evaluate Admin contracts and follow up with CPD for better options/practices in future.
    Register, order/assign, track and evaluate the need of distributed company vehicles to make sure it’s with eligible users and minimize misuse rate as per latest version of The Corporate Admin Policies and Procedures
    Register, assign, track and evaluate the need of distributed company SIM cards/devices to make sure it’s with eligible users and minimize misuse rate as per latest version of The Corporate Admin Policies and Procedures
    Create PRs as requested by Admin End-users after evaluating the need of required material/service, follow up with CPD for pending PRs & material/service delivery, check & confirm the quality of delivered material/service and process PJRC.
    Works closely with all Administration Services teams and the management to ensure quality services to internal customers from other departments.
    Sort documents/data and make sure all procedures done following department tasks and policies, and assist external/internal audits as required.
    Complies with the policies and procedures of the Business Support Services and the Administration Department.
    Support and assist seniors in performing their duties.
    Co-ordinate/support other Admin sections when needed.
    Performs other related duties as required by the division and department management.
    To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
    To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
    To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines and equipment to concerned staff.
    To keep the provided PPE’s in good workable conditions.
    To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
    To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
    To attend safety trainings planned for them.
    Having a right to say “NO” to any unsafe work.
