Currently, our Market Making Department is in search of a Successor Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

    Motivate and support your team, manage feedback and error resolution
    Establish work processes, delegate tasks, and monitor execution
    Create and maintain client assignment frameworks
    Oversee project management at the BU level
    Set, monitor, and control key metrics; ensure service quality
    Develop business and trading strategies with your team


Requirements:

    Fluent in English (B2-C1 level) and Russian (C1-C2)
    Key skills: delivery, project, and people management
    At least 1 year of team management experience
    Quick-thinking and adaptable personality
    Strong logical skills
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Beneficiary: At least 1 year of trading experience | Experience with cryptocurrencies | Bachelor’s Degree in the related field (Mathematics, Economic or Finance)
