ABOUT THE TEAM

The international operations team is looking for a talented individual to be based in our Dubai warehouse. Main responsibilities includes custom management, warehouse operations and Last Mile Delivery.
Key Responsibilities

        Actively monitor delivery, return, scrap, and partner engagement processes, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
        Oversee 1P delivery operations from UAE warehouses to GCC customers, ensuring efficiency and timely execution.
        Establish and maintain strong relationships with UAE customs authorities, ensuring proactive communication and compliance.
        Conduct regular partner visits to gather insights, improve performance, and plan allocation strategies.
        Coordinate 3P delivery operations from UAE-based merchants, ensuring seamless logistics and high customer satisfaction.
        Monitor key metrics like returns, backlog, and lead times, taking proactive action to prevent issues and maintain smooth operations.
        Regularly update the team on the progress and bottlenecks in operations
        Should be actively understanding the market need and competitor strategies and implement the best practices of market

What are looking for

        Strong knowledge and at least 3 years of experience with UAE and KSA delivery industry(Especially 3PL companies)
        Familiar with Custom clearance and brokerage processes
        Strong knowledge of G-Sheet and Excel
        Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
