We are looking for a friendly and organized Recreation Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests seeking recreational activities, you will play a key role in ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. Your exceptional guest service skills and enthusiasm for helping others will help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

 

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly:

    Greet guests warmly and assist them with booking recreational activities, such as spa appointments, fitness classes, and local excursions.
    Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
    Manage reservations and schedules for recreational facilities, ensuring efficient operation.
    Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
    Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest interactions, and activity bookings.
    Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure all guest needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
    Promote and upsell hotel recreational services and packages.
    Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with brochures and information.
    Adhere to safety protocols and health regulations. Inform guests of safety procedures and assist in emergency situations as needed.

 

What We need from you:

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or recreation management is a plus.
    Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a hotel or recreational setting.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
    Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency with computer systems and reservation software. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
    Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
