We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to spearhead the development, launch, and ongoing management of multiple projects under #ABtalks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive system and strategy to make the show sustainable and highly appealing to our audience. Additionally, this role will oversee the monetization of #ABtalks through merchandise sales and other revenue streams.


What you will do (but not limited to):

    Design and implement a membership strategy that attracts, engages, and retains viewers, making the plan appealing and valuable to the #ABtalks audience.
    Develop and execute strategies to monetize the show, including but not limited to merchandise sales, exclusive content, and membership perks.
    Work closely with the host, production team, marketing, and other stakeholders to align the project goals with the overall vision of #ABtalks.
    Conduct market research to identify trends, audience preferences, and potential areas for growth and monetization.
    Monitor and analyze the performance of the membership plan and monetization efforts, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
    Collaborate with the content team to develop exclusive content that enhances the membership experience and drives engagement.
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track.
    Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
    Be available to work flexible hours and handle urgent tasks as needed, maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.
    Oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
    Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
    Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    Ensure resource availability and allocation
    Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
    Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
    Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
    Report and escalate to management as needed
    Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
    Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation



You’ll love this job if you have:

    Proven experience in project management, preferably within the media, TV, or entertainment industry.
    Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and membership strategies.
    Demonstrated ability to create and execute successful monetization strategies, including merchandise sales.
    A go-getter attitude with a strong ability to find solutions and make things happen.
    Flexibility with time and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
    Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
