Job Description
Operations Business Partner
We’re looking for an Operations Business Partner, MENA to serve as a strategic business partner to top-line leadership within the Procore Revenue organization.
In this role, you’ll be a key partner to Revenue Leadership and leverage strategic and execution skills to support revenue performance and day-to-day operations, planning, and cadences, continuously improving the Revenue organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
This position reports to the Revenue Operations Regional Director and must be located in Dubai.
What you’ll do:
Support Business Operations
Provide support for Revenue leadership by leading and partnering on regional or business unit-specific initiatives designed to drive performance and growth, as well as providing guidance and advice on strategy and execution.
Facilitate regional operational cadences that promote productivity and performance, such as deal, forecast, and pipeline reviews and quarterly business reviews.
Understand and support a specific team's unique challenges and key drivers of success. Use quantitative data, feedback from the floor, and a deep understanding of our corporate initiatives and internal workflows to drive positive outcomes.
Drive Strategic Partnership
Partner with the Strategy & Insights teams to analyze each business's performance gaps and design and roll out short, medium, and long-term improvements.
Provide input into planning and target setting, including coverage, territory management, account assignment, quota management, and Sales compensation, in partnership with Planning, Finance, and Sales/CS Leadership.
Partner with strategy and leadership to optimize customer segmentation, account targeting, and routes to market.
Partner across Businesses to Drive Consistent Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline the sales process through optimization and automation. Optimize the redesign or integration of Procore’s processes and technology.
Build a strong internal network of experts and resources that can help drive effective change within each business.
Coordinate with Enablement to define and deliver training to facilitate the adoption of new field processes resulting from Business Operations initiatives.
Build strong relationships and formal feedback channels with frontline sellers and managers to ensure the successful implementation of sales operations initiatives, processes, and technologies.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years in Sales or Customer Success Operations; Operations Consulting experience a plus
MBA or similar advanced degree a plus
Prior experience at a large-scale technology company is required; enterprise software preferred
Demonstrated leadership in delivering results with large-scale, cross-functional teams
Ability to build effective relationships at a number of different levels and across different roles. Ability to influence without authority.
Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills. Excellence in story-telling to align multiple parts of the business.
Proven track record of establishing and managing operations with an emphasis on maintaining operating rhythms, dashboards, and other tools necessary to measure, evaluate, and improve business processes and performance
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality executive presentations
Experience in reengineering, organizational design, process improvement; lean startup or design thinking a plus
Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a high sense of urgency
Strong executive presence, presenting to large groups, effective communication and influence skills
