As a Finance Coordinator, at Grand Millennium Tabuk you will play an essential role in supporting the finance department in various financial and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include financial data entry, record maintenance, report generation, and assisting the finance team in ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations.

Key Job Responsibilities:

    Accurately enter financial transactions and data into the company's financial systems.
    Verify the completeness and correctness of financial records.
    Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
    Assist in document management and archiving.
    Generate and compile financial reports and summaries as required by the head of finance.
    Assist in the preparation of regular financial statements.
    Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary limits.
    Assist in expense report processing and reimbursement.
    Provide administrative assistance to the finance department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and coordinating department activities.
    Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
    Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documents and information.
    Facilitate communication within the finance department and with other departments as needed.
    Work with financial software and systems to perform tasks efficiently.
    Collaborate with the IT team to resolve any system-related issues.
    Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, prioritizing guests' and colleagues' health and safety, as well as environmental conservation.
    Adhere to hotel environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
