We are searching for an experienced Facility Officer at our MSC Saudi Arabia - Ad Dammam facility.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Facility officer will be responsible for handling all maintenance activities, managing facility requirements, ensuring compliance with safety standards, handling Baladiah and safety licensing, managing Ejar and rental contracts, coordinating all the construction work, dealing with engineers, and handling any other relevant facility needs.

Maintenance Management
Ability to work with maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure the facility is well-maintained and in optimal condition.

Organizational Skills
