As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a visionary Executive HR Leader to oversee our HR Shared Services function, ensuring it supports our fast-paced, high-volume retail business.
Role Overview:

As a Senior HR Leader, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our HR Shared Services across the UAE and broader MENA region. You will play a key role in transforming our HR operations to enhance service delivery, drive operational excellence, and support our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the HR Shared Services strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
    Operational Excellence: Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS management, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
    Change Management: Lead HR transformation initiatives, including process improvements and the implementation of new HR technologies.
    Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies, while proactively managing HR-related risks.
    Talent Management: Foster a high-performance culture within the HR Shared Services team through leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
    Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between HR, senior management, and other business units, ensuring HR strategies support overall business goals.

Key Skills and Requirements:

    Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams, preferably within a Shared Services environment in the retail industry.
    Strategic Vision: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align HR services with business objectives.
    HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, and HRIS systems, with a focus on continuous improvement.
    Cultural Awareness: Experience working in a multicultural environment, with a deep understanding of the MENA region.
    Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR transformation projects successfully.
    Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure HR operations are compliant.
    Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage with senior stakeholders.
