Therefore, to expand our capabilities we are looking for an Customer Service Manager who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.

Requirements:

· Russian fluent,

· English fluent,

· Relevant experience from 1 year,

· Good knowledge of logistics operations,

· Energetic, result oriented, hardworking person

with highly developed communication skills,

· Team worker,

· Good planning and organizational skills,

· Experienced PC user.

Responsibilities:

· Meetings with clients, identification of customer needs.

· Analysis of company capabilities, preparation of commercial proposals.

· Participation organization and coordination of interaction between

· the client and operations team. Control of operations team response, ensure response to

· customer requests within the deadlines previously set by the client.

· Development and submission to the client proposals for optimizing

· business processes.

· Support and quality control of the services provided.

· Regular meetings with operations team.

· Issue invoices and control timely payments.

· Take actions to prevent overdue receivables.

· Organization and participation in the regular meetings with each customer.
