At Hatchfit Physiotherapy Clinic, we prioritize delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistently high level of service quality, addressing customer queries, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Job Description:

    Provide consistently high-quality service to customers on a day-to-day basis.
    Analyze and respond appropriately to customer queries via telephone and email, working towards effective solutions.
    Maintain customer focus at all times and respond to inquiries using standard guidelines.
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through phone calls, emails, and follow-up on job quality.
    Take ownership of customer queries and proactively follow through to resolution.
    Ensure all customer queries are thoroughly investigated and resolved, escalating to the Team Leader/Line Manager when necessary.
    Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions with customers.
    Perform various customer service activities, including upselling and managing new and existing accounts.
    Exceed customer expectations within tight timeframes.
    Act as a liaison between clients and operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
    Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and provide support as needed.
    Establish and monitor customer service standards, using benchmarks and KPIs.
    Ensure productivity is maximized and costs are minimized.
    Follow up with customers and address their complaints, ensuring requests are attended to promptly.
    Support other customer care team members when needed.
    Liaise with overseas offices/agents to arrange shipments for clients when required.
    Ensure cost entry verification is completed by the relevant team and jobs are handed over to billing within the set KPIs.
    Ensure all relevant documents related to shipments are uploaded into the system before job finalization.
    Proactively follow up with relevant teams on job file costings upon job completion.
    Ensure all shipment-related documents are uploaded in the system and all invoices from overseas offices/agents are accounted for.
    Update and record all mandatory fields in the system to meet data integrity guidelines.
    Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers based on requirements and deadlines, meeting monthly KPIs.

Role Requirements:

    Knowledge of import/export formalities.
    Experience in logistics.
    Strong communication skills.
    Proficiency in MS Office.
