Customer Alerts Investigation Specialist, Metlife, UAE

Description and Requirements

    Processing of CRS/FATCA/AML related alerts on the system

Proper due diligence and investigation on alerts for correct and precise closure/cure.

    Preparing of reports and processing batch files

Collate, format, and review of files received from IT/System for reporting and further assessments.

    Coordinate with Other Teams

Handling and responding to all internal requests/queries in accordance with alert closure process guidelines

    Proactively suggests / actively participates in initiating and delivering improvements to enhance the controls related to AML/CRS/FATCA
    Interdepartmental Coordination

Coordinate with other departments (IT, Compliance, Customer service, Legal etc.) in order to secure a timely resolution on any issues encountered
