Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive/Manager

Reports To: Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible to drive corporate sales growth by acquiring new accounts and maximizing revenue from existing clients for travel management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 

    Identify and pursue new corporate business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
    Develop and present tailored travel management proposals to potential corporate clients.
    Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing corporate accounts.
    Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention and account growth.
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of corporate travel programs.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cozmo Travel's products and services.
    Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote Cozmo Travel's corporate services.
    Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Operational excellence:

     Implement and maintain efficient workflows to maximize productivity.
    Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery to corporate clients.
    Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes.
    Use data analytics to identify areas for operational improvement.

Personal Qualities:

    Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
    Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
    Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence.

Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

    Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the travel industry.
    Experience in managing corporate clients and travel programs, 3 years and above, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
    Proficiency in CRM software, Travel Management System, analytical tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
