The client is a well-established boutique real estate developer, operating for 10+ years, known for delivering high-quality residential projects in the UAE. With a strong financial foundation and a strategic approach to land acquisition and project development, the company focuses on timely project delivery and exceptional customer relations, driven by a dedicated team and a robust sales network. The company has a proven track record in delivering projects and has a strong pipeline of new developments.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



    Operational Leadership:
        Oversee day-to-day operations across all divisions, including HR, IT, Development & Construction, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Procurement
        Ensure seamless coordination and communication between departments to achieve organizational goals.
        Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency


    Project Delivery:
        Drive project delivery for all residential developments from planning through to completion.
        Oversee project management teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
        Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, master developers, and local authorities


    Process Improvement:
        Analyze and enhance existing business processes and workflows
        Lead the implementation of ERP systems (Salesforce), ensuring integration and alignment with business objectives
        Develop and maintain an organizational chart that supports effective project delivery and operational management


    Recruitment and Team Development:
        Assist with recruitment efforts to build a high-performing team capable of meeting the company's growth objectives
        Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and accountability


    Financial Oversight:
        Work closely with the CFO to align operational activities with financial goals and targets.
        Monitor project budgets and financial performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure financial health


    Quality Assurance:
        Ensure all projects meet the company's quality guidelines and standards.
        Implement and oversee quality control processes, conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain high standards


    Stakeholder Management:
        Engage with shareholders and board members, providing regular updates on operational performance and project progress
        Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise

The Successful Applicant

    Experience: Extensive experience in real estate development, ideally with a mix of large and boutique developers
    Background: Strong background in development or project delivery, with comprehensive knowledge of the full project life cycle
    Leadership: Proven ability to manage and lead multiple departments related to project delivery and business operations
    Location Expertise: Extensive experience in the UAE, with a strong preference for Dubai experience.
    Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills; Arabic speaking is beneficial but not essential
    Attributes: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of driving operational efficiency and project delivery
