Description

Job Brief:
As an Assistant Manager - Operations at Agility, you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and other team members to ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve managing and coordinating various operational activities, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data, and implementing process improvements.

Your Responsibilities:
Assist the Operations Manager in planning and organizing operational activities to meet company goals and objectives.
Supervise and coordinate workflow, ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor and analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations on operational performance and trends.
Oversee the implementation of process improvements and best practices.
Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Requirements

Your Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Your Proficiencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to develop and implement operational strategies and plans.
