A financial services business based in Abu Dhabi are currently looking to add to their recruitment team.

Responsibilities

    Identify potential candidates through various online resources, networking, references and direct contact
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each position and create effective job descriptions
    Manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening through offer negotiation and on-boarding
    Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to create a robust talent pipeline for future vacancies
    Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements
    Continuously improve the recruitment process to ensure it remains efficient and effective

Requirements

    Proven experience in recruitment, within the financial services sector covering both middle and back office
    Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with potential candidates
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
    Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment
    Commitment to continuous improvement and best practices in recruitment
