Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Technically strong knowledge in project scope, contract documents and tender considerations.
• He is in-charge of all ongoing project construction site.
• It is his responsibility to take control of all over the site.
• To guide the team (Project Engineers, QC, Safety & Supervisors) working under him
• Check all the reports, and documents submit by Project Engineer, Quality Engineer and Safety Engineers.
• To serve the client with all necessary information of work and reports
• Making planning for budget and time management
• Makes the project schedule to finish the work
• Getting approval from clients / consultants for official documents
• Co-ordination and regular meeting with Engineering team & Factory team
• Getting approval such as shop drawing, MAS, Quality documents for all projects within the project schedule from consultant / client.
• Plan and execute all the work with quality and safety
• Allots material and manpower to work
• Resolve all technical complaints from clients and rectify.
• Timely submission of payment application and get the payment certifications.
• Submission and getting approval of variations, EOT and project correspondence letters.
• Responsible for payments after completion of work from client.
• To attend the meetings with designer, architecture, vendors, sub-contractors and clients.
• Inviting quote for special works from different vendors and finalize with procurement dept.
• Leading weekly / monthly meetings to complete the target within time.
• Analyze and monitor entire site that the works is inline with schedule and as per plan
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly all projects report to managements and highlight the any critical concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Middle East Country - preferably Oman
