We are seeking a talented Service Sales Engineer to join our team. As a pivotal member of our sales force, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our service offerings. You will combine your technical acumen with exceptional sales skills to deliver tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our engineering and sales teams to develop innovative service strategies, build strong customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. Your ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts and provide insightful recommendations will be key to your success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive the attainment of the designated budget plan and collaborate with the team to ensure its achievement.
Cultivate relationships with clients, actively engaging in customer meetings to generate business opportunities.
Participate in Government and Private tenders and prepare submittals to secure business.
Manage and nurture customer relationships, with a specific focus on overseeing major accounts.
Concentrate on Service Solutions Sales initiatives including equipment upgrades and replacements.
Conduct thorough job audits, analyze customer needs, recommend appropriate equipment, prepare Return on Investment (ROI) analysis, and develop comprehensive commercial and technical proposals.
Contribute to the formulation of Service Sales Strategies for the country, actively participating in strategy development and providing sales forecasts.
Monitor sales budgets on a weekly and monthly basis, assess progress, and address any shortfalls in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge:
Demonstrated track record with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a service sales role within the HVAC industry.
Comprehensive knowledge and awareness of HVAC products, fundamentals, and their applications.
Proficiency in understanding engineering drawings and conducting Heat Load calculations.
Capability to conduct walk-through energy audits effectively.
Expertise in air side/Chillers selection and product selection processes.
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the HVAC industry.
Awareness of Legal and commercial aspects of the job.
Education:
Engineering graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering
Skills:
Proficiency in Excel and Word as well as MS Office
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Client relationship building
Financial competencies
Analytical skill
Preferred:
Qatar driving license holder
Knowledge of Energy Audit, design and product selection experience will be an advantage.
