Purpose of Role: The Service Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the branch including safety, quality, recruitment and lean principles.

 

Strong leadership, adaptable technical knowledge, and customer service skills will see you make a powerful impact in this role. You will bring a strong history of success and accomplishment and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Dubai service center has focus of Service Exchange with key customer , Long term Service contracts , Managing Field service support across Middle east . We are looking to develop Bucket repair and Rubber Lining capabilities

Key Responsibilities:

    Exhibit exemplary safety focus and support safe behaviours in your facility

    Exhibit a collaborative approach to ensure that customer needs are prioritised

    Lead and mentor the team to achieve set Service KPIs across all areas required, ensuring accountability within each individual’s role

    Ownership of facility operating budget and management of production costs to plan

    Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

    Proven experience in a leadership role, overseeing technical workshop or site operations.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and effectively.

    Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate customer preferences and provide personalized experiences.

    Ability to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance overall business performance.

    Provide seamless communication and collaborative engagement with diverse departments
