The Service Auditor's role is to perform all the actions included in a site visit, according to the service contract requirements, the company policies, and the KONE processes. The service auditor is mainly interacting with the customers and the end-users, the supervisor, the account representative, and the technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer relationship management
• Responsible for understanding the customer impact and customer usage of the priority equipment


Service operations
• Accountable for the end-users and the site safety
• Accountable for the safe working environment
• Responsible for safe working practices and carrying out the operations according to maintenance instructions and safety instructions.
• Accountable for the execution of the site visit including all needed maintenance tasks that could have a direct impact on the call-out rate.
• Accountable for raising sales leads needed to reduce the call-out rate of the equipment
• Precise and timely back reporting of the work done according to the process
• Update the site assessment report and provide accurate feedback on the root causes of the call-outs
• Submitting timesheets based on the execution
• Managing his proximity stock (shelving, inventory, stock transfer, etc), identifying the spare need, and requesting the spare from his supervisor.
• Keeping the service tooling, van, instruments, etc safe, maintained and in good condition
• Contributes to the ongoing improvement of the products, the methods and the safety by feedback to the PCM organisation and his supervisor

Requirements

    Diploma / Engineering Degree holder

    Excellent Mechanical knowledge of Elevators and Escalators

    Minimum 3 years’ experience performing a similar role within the elevators & escalators industry.

    Good verbal and written English communication skills
