Description:

6 to 12 months INTERNSHIP program strictly for fresh graduates or graduating students, with 0 to <1 year work experience only

We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the position of Support/Order Management Intern at our office in Dubai. The following tasks will be assigned to the Support/Order Management Intern:

    Uploading customer orders;
    Work closely with the sales team on keeping orders updated;
    Maintaining the internal sales database;
    Assisting the sales team with analysis and presentations;
    Dealing with customer queries;
    Continuously seek opportunities for improving quality of information and service offered to clients and colleagues.

Requirements

    Supply Chain or Logistics background, graduating students or fresh graduates, with 0 to <1 year work experience;
    Lateral thinking with strong problem solving ability;
    Strong communication skills – both verbal and written, excellent time management skills;
    IT literacy (particularly Microsoft Excel);
    Ability to identify and implement operational process improvements
    Ability to adapt to fast-paced dynamic environment
    Outstanding customer service skills;
    Office administration know-how;
    Experience with sales order processing is preferred – understanding the flow from order entry to invoice and warehouse dispatch;
    Experience in supporting a sales team is preferred;
    Ability to build strong relationships with the team and management;
    Highly organized and efficient with great attention to detail;
    Trustworthy, Committed and Self-motivated.
    Holds a valid residence VISA throughout the internship period
