We’re Hiring a Regional Sales Manager
π Location: Remote (Dubai-based, with occasional domestic and international travel)

The role:
Reporting to the VP of Sales EMEA, you will have the opportunity to build your own book of business with the support of the Alliants team, identifying, managing and closing opportunities for the Alliants Experience Platform (AXP) and our associated products, in this ever growing and exciting market.
You will be supported as you build a robust and accurate prospect pipeline to deliver on agreed targets and sales strategies. You will be the face of Alliants, which means carrying the reputation of the company in the region, at industry events, socials and in your everyday role with a positive attitude. We expect you to partner closely with our internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to scope, so the ability to spin multiple plates at once is important.
Some key areas you’ll be working on:
Prospect, identify, develop and close new business opportunities; build and shape the region
Perform outbound prospecting activity, engaging via email, social media, exhibitions, events and any other creative ideas that you can bring to the table
Qualify and closing incoming leads
Conduct remote and face to face meetings and demos
Prepare and submit tailored proposals/SOWs/RFPs
Build trust and ensure buy-in from all stakeholders influencing the buying decision
Negotiate commercial conditions with senior execs, up to C-Suite and owner level
Secure the account and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding/customer success team
Ensuring account notes and activity notes are logged in CRM, and a disciplined management of all opportunities within our CRM Salesforce
Important to have:
Fluent in Arabic
Hospitality technology sales background
Between 3-5 years of SaaS experience with strong knowledge of the regional market landscape, trends and technology players within it
An existing network of logos of hospitality industry contacts within the MENA region
Proven sales success in the dynamic and highly competitive MENA market with inbound and outbound activity
Commercial acumen; be able to be agile during commercial discussions with prospects, but also within Alliants
Flawless presentation skills both online and in person; nimble and able to adapt on the fly to address customer pain points, product queries and commercial questions
The ability to keep on top of your own administration
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, up to and including C-Suite and owners
Self-starter, target-focused manner, used to managing your own time in order to optimise results against measurable KPIs
Experience in Salesforce is advantageous
