Regional Brand Activation Manager MEIA

Do you have experience within Brand or Communication. In the position as Brand Activation Manager, you will be responsible for the activation of Tork branded materials and communication in the responsible countries.

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Activation Manager - Region MEIA to be responsible for the consistent activation of Tork brand materials and communications in the region. In this role you will receive, localize and activate brand communication to end customers and work closely with the Customer Marketing team. A structured approach, experience of working with digital channels and working in a matrix organization would be an advantage.

The role is based in Dubai and reports to the Brand Activation Director Europe in our Professional Hygiene BU. You should be prepared to travel up to 25% and as a part of a transatlantic organization some flexibility on working hours is needed.

This is permanent contract.

What you will do

    Develop, implement and own local media plan, based on Business Unit strategy

    Adapt centrally developed media campaigns and manage media booking plan for local advertising

    Execute local communication of BU centrally developed materials and ensure its consistent activation following the Tork brand guidelines

    Drive local Tork PR and foster B2B media relationship

    Support local events to drive brand consistency and leverage brand awareness

    Conduct brand training to internal sales organization and activate brand initiatives

    Secure implementation, tracking and reporting of brand marketing activities

    Support Implementation and monitor local SEM/SEO Business Unit strategy


Who you are

    University Degree or equivalent.

    5+ years’ experience in a marketing/brand or communication role.

    Strong understanding of the full scope of digital marketing.

    Relevant (ideally B2B) business understanding.

    Experience in working and coordinating PR and Digital Marketing agencies.

    Experienced in effectively managing marketing budgets.

    Ability to work in a matrix organization.

    Skilled in working with digital campaign optimization and search engine marketing.

    Fluent in English and Arabic.

As well as a passion for brand marketing you are customer/consumer focused. You are self-motivated and capable of delivering on short deadlines in a fast paced environment. You should be goal orientated with an ability to work effectively according to defined processes. You can understand the holistic view and work both tactically and strategically. As part of a matrix you can network and collaborate effectively and enjoy working with others.
