We continue to grow as an organization and to be able to support our business activities in MEA we are now looking for a People & Culture BP in Saudi Arabia, role is to be based in our future office in Jeddah.

The People & Culture Business Partner reports to the P&C Senior Manager for Eastern Europe, Middle East Africa and France. It is a mxed role between operational and strategical responsibilities to support the Middle East Region.

The role supports assigned business region by promoting, communicating, and implementing strategies and initiatives. Builds and maintains influential relationships by being a strategic partner with management, a point of contact for employees, and an advocate for the business. As a true partner to the business, you will be covering a broad range of P&C areas of expertise including leadership coaching, employee development, organization and talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, Saudization, Inclusion & Diversity and leveraging P&C analytics to drive business decisions.

In addition the People & Culture Business Partner is a subject matter expert in Local immigration and labor law for KSA. The role has the responsibility to pilot and manage the Saudization, the  relations with governmental offices (Ministry of Labor, GOSI…) and the different governmental portals (Muqeem, QIWA, etc.).

What you will be doing:

    Partner with organizational leaders to understand key objectives and organizational challenges to create high-impact solution.
    Develop short- and long-term P&C strategies for business that drive outcomes in collaboration with mid level leaders
    Partner with leaders to understand key objectives and organizational challenges to create high-impact solutions
    Design and support organizational structures that are focused on the implementation of business strategies.
    Champion our culture by promoting the QuidelOrtho Way and Core Behaviors to guide decision-making and drive thoughtful change management in a fast-paced environment.
    Promote an inclusive and happy work environment that embraces diversity, allows team members to bring their authentic selves to work and thrive.
    Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee happiness, performance, retention, and overall experience
    Experience in multiple P&C disciplines (Talent Management, Total Rewards, TA, Employee Relations, Compensation, etc..).
    Be responsible for the execution of cyclical P&C processes (employee relations, performance reviews, compensation reviews, talent reviews) and provide appropriate consultation to leaders.
    Guide and coach managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex people matters (e.g., performance management and total rewards) and support them in the execution when needed.
    Develops and maintains local policy in accordance with local employment legislations and partners with both internal and external Legal counsel as necessary.
    Be responsible for the respect of the  Saudization principles and requirements through ensuring that the  governmental portals are up to date, that the company is compliant in term of general Saudization and Saudization per job title, and be able to make recommendation on action and initiative to take in order to preserve compliance.
    Partner with COE (center of Excellence: Talent Acquisition, Total Reward) to manage Cluster initiatives and business expansion.
    Partner with local providers (payroll, operations and any other).

What you need to be successful in the role:

    7-10 years in various HR roles, at least 5 years in a Business Partner role. Advanced certification or education a plus.
    Experience and/or demonstrated ability to coach both employees & managers.
    A proven eye for business and broad HR experience as a partner and influencer.
    Must be a thoughtful, proactive decision-maker and able to lead with curiosity, candor, and care.
    Experience with matrix organization.
    Must be proficient in local and state employment laws.
    Excellent cross-group collaboration, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    Proven cultural change agent, with ability to challenge the status quo and develop creative solutions to global business challenges.
    Track record of high integrity and credibility.
    English and Arabic language fluent are a must.

Travel requirements is up to 25 %
