What you'll do

    Strictly adhering to partner on-boarding SLAs and training quality
    Analyze the daily orders data. In-depth store performance i.e. cancellations, acceptance rate, acceptance time, wait-in store time etc of the newly on-boarded partners
    Regular communication with partners on sharing their performance and working with them to improve their operational efficiency
    Building and documenting the processes and actions for catalog and operational efficiencies
    Regular field visits to gather market insights on Food deliveries and challenges to better understand market dynamics
    Work closely with the Performance team on identifying low performing merchants to target for integrations.
    Regular communication with other markets on knowledge sharing and identification of the best practices
    Provide feedback gathered from partners on product issues and suggest improvements that can enable them to provide better service to our captains and customers.

What you'll need

    Must hold a Bachelors’ degree from a reputable university.
    English and Arabic fluency is mandatory.
    Must be currently based in Riyadh
    Minimum one year of work experience. (Preferably in operations at a tech company)
    Good communication and time management skills
    Basic understanding of data analysis and good command over MS Excel and other MS Office applications. (SQL and experience with other such tools would be an advantage).
    Aptitude to learn and grow.
