Job Description
Develop the annual inventory strategy that support achieving highest guest satisfaction developing an accurate purchase plan to Buying team that represent store and guest needs, with clear plans to achieve store inventory targets, ensuring minimum impact on SC Operation and other functions to enable achieving Nahdi strategic objectives (Sales, Inventory and Shelf Availability)
Accountabilities
Accountable for archiving Nahdi store Shelf availability, which is a strategic KPI as community centric company, where it represent guest satisfaction.
Accountable for achieving Beauty store inventory targets and develop the strategically and tactical plans to achieve it as essential component of Nahdi Financial KPIs
Review and approve the suggested inventory plans from S&OP to ensure realistic inventory plans as important part of Nahdi cash flow management.
Direct, review and approve annual events inventory plans, Ramadan Season..etc which is prepared by supply divisions managers that ensure achieving shelf availability, inventory and sales targets.
Lead the generation of guest and store needs (by SKU) which is the strategic and main input for Nahdi purchase plans shared with buying team and / or suppliers.
Participate in the periodic business review meetings with the concerned stakeholders through the preparation of the presentations, analysis, and recommended actions in order to present the assigned division replenishment performance.
Conduct field visits to Nahdi stores and the distribution centers based on visits schedule in order to validate the replenishment parameters, to enhance the communication and gather feedback to develop the corrective actions.
Report any discrepancies, areas of improvements and recommendations in regards to the check points, core replenishment parameters, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and processes to the Inventory Development Manager to ensure operations enhancement.
Review and approve the divisions’ replenishment parameters updates for the Nahdi store inventory based on the review of the analysis and quantifications received from the Inventory Planners to ensure store readiness, shelf availability, and distribution center capacity and store inventory target and quality.
Identify the divisions’ shelf availability gaps, store readiness, distribution centers capacity and store inventory through the analysis of the system generated reports and communicate to the concerned stakeholders accordingly in order to implement the appropriate action.
Lead best in class retail practices (developing standard approaches, templates, Policies & processes) in connections with commercial to keep the company in top of the marketplace outperforming its rivals, which include and not limited to Inventory mix to improve turnover and decrease Inventory Legacy, Availability to satisfy guest needs.
Manage PL Items Replenishment in addition to local items achieving all related KPI ( Sales ,Availability ,Inventory , Monitoring supply and prepare for alternative plan )
Participate in SRM with Beauty Top Suppliers to improve guest service level through shared projects and joined demand planning.
Manage all replenishment activities for Mall Stores across all BU’s .
Accountable for all replenishment initiatives and activities within Beauty BU’s (Social Media Compaigns,Flash Promo, Beauty Events ( Salon at home , ), Right now requests ,,……..)
Lead the Legacy transfers between stores across all divisions /all regions.
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.
