Operations Manager (Fruits/Ice Shop) - UAE

Responsibilities:
Lead team of 20, manage suppliers, oversee purchasing, ensure quality control.
Implement efficient processes, provide excellent customer service
Maintain health & safety standards, prepare reports, improve performance
 

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in business administration or similar field
3-5 years experience in operations management (retail or F&B preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience building supplier relationships and negotiating contracts
Familiarity with F&B health & safety regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

AED 8,000 - 10,000 salary (based on experience) with performance bonuses
Visa sponsorship, medical insurance, 30 days annual leave
