In this Role, you’ll get to
Office management
· Effectively manage office services, including office rent and bills, office supplies, cleaning and housekeeping, snacks and beverages, meeting room management, fixed assets, etc.
· Ensure a safe and well-maintained office space, ensure smooth office operations compliant with company policies and UAE regulations
Visa and immigration Management
· Work closely with remote HR, legal teams, and external immigration consultants to ensure a smooth and efficient visa process for all international employees
· Manage and oversee the MEA visa and immigration processes.
· Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, facilitated visa applications, and renewals, and provided guidance and support to employees requiring immigration assistance.
Admin management
· Responsible for overall admin satisfaction and initiate to make improvements.
· Manage office budget planning and control, tenancy agreements, renovation and relocation project.
· Lead the administrative support in company events and staff activities.
Other support
· Support interview receptions and onboarding/offboarding HR, IT, Admin logistics, provide a positive experience.
· Partner with remote HR to review culture event budget and organize local cultural events.
· Provide onsite IT support with IT remote support from helpdesk and HQ.
· Liaise with group Admin ensure timely report, and implement projects initiated by group Admin.
· Conduct local business support, such as events, team support and business other ad-hoc requests.
What you'll Need to Succeed
· Bachelor’s degree
· 3 + years proven related or similar admin and office experience, experienced in visa and immigration management.
· Ability to use time efficiently and meet deadlines, organized and attend to details, proactive team player with initiative.
· Able to work without direct supervision, and to managing changing priorities as they arise.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills and good organizational skills.
· Strong English communication skills; Arabic proficiency is advantageous.
· Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online tools.
