 Overview
Perform analysis and substantiation of complex aircraft interior and structural modifications and generate substantiation documents to show compliance to applicable regulatory requirements. organized and an effective project manager, presenting good communication skills and a professional appearance. Be able to effectively utilize aircraft continued airworthiness data. familiar with aircraft mechanical/structural design processes, materials, fabrication methods and aerospace hardware. conduct employee performance reviews, and make sure his/her team is complying with relevant rules and regulationsrequirements. Responsibilities include interpreting, reviewing, analyzing and evaluating regulatory compliance for aircraft certification projects and initiation of safety determinations for continuing airworthiness.

Also will be responsible for:

1. Lead the reviews and analysis of engineering designs data to verify compliance to design criteria, providing progressive inputs to the design.
2. Produce substantiation reports to document analysis.
3. Provide guidance and technical direction for design and substantiation work tasks.
4. Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation of aircraft modification projects.
5. Interface with customers, suppliers and other project stakeholders pertaining to modification projects.
6. Provide statements of work, cost estimates, completion schedules and other project administrative inputs.
7. Identify applicable airworthiness requirements for proposed designs, and recommend specific methods of compliance.
8. Responsible for applying safety management principles using advanced engineering knowledge and risk management techniques.
9. Established policies/procedures provide guidance for most assignments, but allow considerable discretion to select the most appropriate approach or to recommend new approaches.
10. Provides recommendations to improve work processes.
11. Continually seek new technology and processing methods that will improve the productivity, cost, quality, and agility of the department
12. Understand and complete all QA/QC policies and procedures to maintain the high quality standards expected of designs and project specifications.
13. Ability to prepare a work plan and/or schedule and to allocate resources to meet objectives in a timely manner.
14. Provide overall staff guidance, direction and leadership to ensure that equipment reliability remains at peak performance in support of customer.
15. Mentor departmnet engineers

Qualification
     Bachelor's in Engineering (Aeronautics, Mechanical or Aerospace) Project Management Certification, Risk Management Certification.
Experience
     Minimum of 15 Years in Aviation enginering/ Maintenance out of which 5 years in leading position.

     Experience in mechanical components and electronic equipment analysis.

     Full conversant with aircraft regulatory requirements and maintenance documentations.

     Advanced computer qualification, with emphasis on condition monitoring , stress analysis and designe software.
