Job Purpose
Takes care of the inbound logistics of finished goods for both Qatar & Kuwait ensuring that the SLA & inventory accuracy (IRA) targets are met.
Performs daily logistics administration tasks conform procedures.
Performs logistics & general administrative tasks, i.e. prepares and/or signs off logistics documentation, maintain & support general office filing etc.
Assist in records and log maintenance for inbound GRN, incoming invoices (PR & NPR), Freight inbound, internal movements trackers etc.
Cooperate with 3rd party logistics services covering the provisions of warehousing and inbound customs clearance regarding inbound logistics and inventory/stock management.
Reports any safety or quality issue related to inbound logistics processes and inventory/stock management to Logistics Manager.
Key Accountabilities

Performs logistics & general administrative tasks, i.e. prepares and/or signs off logistics documentation, maintain & support general office filing etc.

Cooperate with 3rd party logistics services covering the provisions of warehousing and inbound customs clearance regarding inbound logistics and inventory/stock management.
Contributes to the investigation of complaints related to inventory mismatches or other quality related issues.
Contributes to Continuous Improvement within CI / ALPS and daily routines.
Provides progress updates to the Logistics Manager.
Contributes to the projects innovating the inbound logistics processes and inventory/stock management (increase inventory accuracy, reduce slow/obsolete stocks, improve internal stock control).
Assists develop & implement controls necessary to keep expenditures within budgetary limitations.
Ensures all site safety rules are strictly followed to that no injuries occur.
Reports any safety or quality issue related to inbound logistics processes and inventory/stock management to Logistics Manager.
Ensures all targets are met whilst ensuring the appropriate quality standards are maintained.
Issues CAR, respectively Hazard report when any relevant issue is noticed, regardless location or responsible department.
Is familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.
Experience
Minimum High School Certificate
Relevant experience in Logistics
IT Skills: MS office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and ERP (SAP) system
Good communication skills in English, Arabic / Urdu / Hindi would be additional advantage
