Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Localization Manager to oversee the localization of our website’s UI/UX content and campaign content into multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Turkish, Arabic, Spanish, and French. The ideal candidate will have a strong linguistic background, excellent project management skills, experience in the Crypto space, and a passion for ensuring a seamless user experience across different languages.


Key Areas of Responsibility:

    Localization Management:
        Oversee the end-to-end localization process for UI/UX and campaign content.
        Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality translations.
        Develop and maintain localization guidelines and glossaries to ensure consistency.
        Ensure an accurate use of Crypto terminologies and references in different languages.
    Project Coordination:
        Manage multiple localization projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
        Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to align localization efforts with overall project timelines.
        Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise.
    Quality Assurance:
        Review and edit translated content to ensure accuracy, cultural relevance, and adherence to brand voice.
        Conduct linguistic testing and validation of localized content within the UI/UX framework.
        Implement feedback from internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve localization quality.
    Content Management:
        Maintain an organized repository of localized content and assets.
        Ensure content is correctly implemented and displayed across all localized versions of the website.
        Monitor and update content to reflect changes in the source material and new marketing campaigns.

Job requirements

Technical Competencies and Skills:

    Proficiency in multiple languages with a strong command of at least one of the target languages (Arabic, French, Chinese, Turkish, Spanish).
    Experience with localization tools and software (e.g., Smartling or other translation management systems).
    Familiarity with UI/UX principles and best practices.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development is a plus.


Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Communications, or a related field.
    3+ years of experience in localization, translation, or a similar role.
    At least 1 year of experience in the Crypto space.
    Proven track record of managing localization projects and delivering high-quality results.
