Key Account Manager Levant
The Levant and Non-alcoholic region Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving ABI's business growth and profitability with their 3rd Party Distributors across the region. This will involve identifying and implementing effective route-to-market strategies to position our brands competitively, expand distribution across existing and new customer channels, and leverage new business opportunities. The role will also focus on building and strengthening strategic partnerships while ensuring the sustainable growth and brand equity of our global portfolio in line with overall corporate strategies. The role:
Grow market share & profitability in existing Levant & Non-alcoholic region markets
Manage P&L, analyze financials & debit by market
Negotiate annual agreements & acquire new customers
Identify opportunities & gaps in existing & new markets (PDCA analysis)
Develop marketing & strategy plans aligned with global strategies for ABI portfolio
Position ABI brands competitively & leverage global best practices
Develop investment plans & launch innovation/renovation projects
Strengthen partnerships with local distributors & manage cross-functional teams
Who we’re looking for:
Graduate level qualification. Business degree preferred with specific marketing and commercial education.
Preferable 5-7 years of commercial experience, preferably international and within the beverage or consumer packaged goods industry.
Fluent English
Negotiation & Communication: Secure agreements, manage relationships & clearly articulate strategies.
Business Acumen: Analyze markets, manage budgets, & drive results with a target-oriented approach.
Leadership & Collaboration: Motivate teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, & adapt to diverse cultures.
Strategic Planning: Develop & implement marketing plans aligned with global strategies.
Project Management: Manage projects, resources & timelines to achieve marketing goals.
