Job Description

The role would require you to assist with the day-to-day operation of the payroll department. We are looking for someone who has accounting or payroll experience as he /she will be handling the preparation of staff commissions and the payroll. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Processing and calculation of commissions, overrides, bonuses, tour/booking fees and overtime efficiently and effectively.
    Ensure accurate application of The Group’s compensation packages and policy.
    Timely processing and releasing of expense & business travel reimbursements.
    Preparation of payroll reports.
    Attending and responding to queries related to payroll.

 

 
Desired Skill & Expertise

    Graduate of BS Accountancy.
    Advanced excel skill is a must.
    Experience in Accounting is a must.
    Experience in computation of Bonuses, Commissions and Overrides is an advantage.
    Fluency in English - both Oral and Written is a must.
    Experience in CRM is an advantage.
    Attention to details and analytical.
    Can work underpressure.
