Junior Associate - Company Secretarial

This role will provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial team ("CoSec") and will work closely with the team to assist in the maintenance of relationships for a portfolio of external clients and internal companies. The Company Secretarial team spans several global jurisdictions and specializes in the provision of services to a multitude of boards.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the scheduling board / committee meetings;
• Providing administrative support to the CoSec team and aid in the servicing of client engagements;
• Reviewing internal systems for the purpose of gathering relevant documentation and information for board / committee meetings;
• Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of information related to CoSec engagements on internal systems;
• Liaising with relevant parties on various meeting related items;
• Any other administrative tasks in the support of the CoSec team and Waystone generally in the servicing of CoSec client relationships.

• Background in similar field;
• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, oral/written communication skills, critical thinking and attention to detail is required;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to work independently and as part of a team;
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong MS Office Skills;
• Demonstrate an ability to be highly organized and work to tight deadlines.
