Job Description

    Liaising with government departments in relation to immigration matters

    Keeping abreast with current labour / immigration laws and update the HR team on any changes

    Keeping the HR team informed of significant problems that may jeopardise the achievement of company goals

    Responding to staff enquiries on visa / labour / passport matters

    Preparing periodic reports for management or relevant authorities, as required

    Organizing attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labour

    Overseeing the implementation of the immigration & labour responsibilities of the company in Saudi

    Providing advice to management on local and government services

    Protecting the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulation

    Strengthening the relationship with public agencies through events engaging the community

    Coordinating with outside counsel and third-party vendors regarding immigration issues

 

Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus

    Proven experience with local government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, and Saudi Chambers of Commerce

    Fluent Arabic and English is a must

    Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and resolve conflicts diplomatically

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office
