Description
The Image QC Specialist holds an important role within the Styling and Photography Teams. You will report to Studio Manager, provide valuable support to allow the team to produce more considered imagery of very high-quality. Main responsibilities will include daily checks of all imagery ensuring the utmost quality standards, the development of QC Style Guides and flagging any improvement areas to Styling Managers and Photography Coordinators, assisting photographers in styling still life product on set and QC checking still life imagery daily ensuring that all imagery is consistent and meeting Styli Photography standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will manage QC of imagery shot in studio from a technical POV and from both technical and styling POV on stills
You will ensure QC checks are consistent with our product imagery guidelines.
You will work with senior photographers on product sets to support on best styling practices.
You will work with post production to provide a refine process with image delivery.
You will establish reshoot and QC process with process engineer and senior photographer
You will improve quality of our product imagery and overall customer experience considering Production needs
You will work with global QC teams to flag areas for improvement to all imagery
You will work with essential members of product styling team to make sure the shooting guideline is updated
You will provide feedback, support and updates on quality development for product styling
You will work with Senior Photographer to provide quality feedback for the photography team.
You will work on Internal continuous improvement testing projects
You will support any new business set up's/ projects with best product Styling practices
You will propose product styling programs for approval and implementation
You will work with senior photographer to create the training program to maintain the image quality
WHO YOU ARE
You have sound knowledge of stills product styling, photography and photo editing
You are experience with fashion standards and fashion brands
You have ability to share knowledge
You have an impeccable eye for detail
You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and re-prioritize according to requirements
You have the ability to multi-task and, critically and develop projects
You can improve improvements for imagery with better solutions for both image quality and productivity
You have a strong eye to ensure all product imagery is to our standard for the website
You have retail ecommerce experience
