About Us: Are you an ambitious and dynamic HR professional looking to take your career to new heights? Look no further! Winstar, a leading player in the electromechanical services industry for about 20 years, is seeking a passionate HR to join our exceptional team. We are currently seeking a skilled HR to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Gulf in handling various HR functions including recruitment, performance appraisal, employee record maintenance, and payroll activities.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Performance Appraisal: Conduct performance evaluations and manage the appraisal process to ensure employee growth and development.
• Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Payroll Activities: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement and compliance with relevant regulations.
• HR Policies: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Relations: Address employee queries and grievances, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize appropriate training sessions and programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation.
• Onboarding: Develop and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Offboarding: Manage the exit process for departing employees, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Prepare and present reports on HR activities and performance.
• Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment, performance appraisal, payroll, and record maintenance.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and Qatar Labour Law.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent requirements.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Gulf experience - mandatory

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
