Air Products Qudra is a regional development and investment joint venture (JV) between Air Products and Qudra Energy, a subsidiary of Vision Invest. NATURE & SCOPE

Provide all HR operation support to the senior management team, new hire and the employees as required and be responsible for the smooth running of the Air Products Qudra  office.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

    In general be responsible for the smooth running of the Air Products Qudra office and for supporting team.
    Execute & support life-cycle day-to-day HR processes, manage associated knowledge & content.
    Develop and execute recommendations and plans to enhance HR processes via continuous improvement

    Implement process enhancements and changes as required by the Communities of Expertise and other sources of demand.
    Work collaboratively within and across process teams to develop and manage a specifically designed employee experience associated with a given process.
    Ensuring legal compliance for all HR related matters by working closely with the authorities and consultants as per Shop Act and Factory Act.
    Following up on required activities and documentation related to probation confirmation, contract extension new hires, leavers etc.
    Supporting recruitment actions and onboarding activities as required.
    Keeping up to date with the local legislation.
    Supporting the HR team and management in coordinating training activities.
    Leave Management: Manage employee absences and leaves tracking, timekeeping database management and conducting regular audits.
    Provide any support, facilities or materials to ensure the proper religious practice for those on site

    Provide support to Air Products visiting staff in the booking of suitable travel, in Kingdom transfers and travel and accommodation as necessary.  This shall include supporting the documentation required and local negotiations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    A 2-year diploma or higher in Business Administration.
    Knowledge of computer-based applications (Microsoft Office, SAP a plus) and a working knowledge of a Scheduling and Planning tools.
    Proficiency in English writing
